Appointment Policy
Appointments are suggested and take priority although we do try to accommodate walk-ins. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments. If it's after hours and you find your furry friend will need veterinary attention the following day but have a work or other conflict, please feel free to Drop Off your pet at our opening time and our Doctor will examine him and then contact you in a timely manner.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. We value your time and try very hard to stay on time for scheduled appointments. In the event you are running late please call us so that we can keep our schedule as normal as possible!
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, and ScratchPay.
