Bill Kieger, DVM

Dr. Kieger has dedicated the last 30 years of his career to practicing a wide range of high-quality veterinary medicine and surgery at small animal hospitals in the Midwest and along the Colorado Front Range. A year and a half ago, he joined us at South Boulder Animal Hospital, where he enjoys getting to know his clients and their pets by listening, caring, and bringing a strong integrated understanding of the workings of medicine and animal systems to his work.

Kieger believes in building connections and works in partnership with pet owners to educate them on animal care along the way, and is committed to keeping all diagnostic, treatment, and care options open at all times. His special interests are in abdominal and thoracic ultrasound, oncology, and internal medicine.

When Dr. Kieger is not in the office, he is either restoring his old Bronco, working on house projects, out enjoying the solitude of a mountain hike, or fly fishing at a Colorado lake or river.
